Path Follow

Use path Stroke to outline a shape with a dashed line or a custom brush.
-        Choose an image you want to outline

-        Make your brush or choose an existing brush to use and set it to the right size. Make some test swuiggles till it looks right and then undo.

-        In the layer palette, Ctrl click the layers thumbnail to select its alpha.  Choose one of the select tools,  Morwuee (M) or Losso(L).

-        Right-click on the selection and choose “Make work path”.  Keep the tolerance low for accuracy.
Create a new layer and select the brush tool again (B)

-        Go to Window > Paths.

At the bottom of the path palette there are buttons to fill the path, stroke with brush or load the path as selection. Click the second one (the empty circle) to outline the path with the current brush settings.

*if it looks wrong just undo and the path will still be there. After you brush tip settings for spacing and angle control to make the kind of outlines you want.*

-  when you’re done, delete the path or shift-click it’s thumbnail to hide it.
